Bistro 10UN is a seasonal, friendly, and affordable student-run restaurant at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California
- San Francisco in the heart of San Francisco's Civic Center district. We are open Thursdays and Fridays from 12noon - 2pm when class is in session. For more information or to reserve a table, see the Reservations page.

About

Bistro 10UN is managed under the direction of Culinary Instructor, Kimball Jones, whose resume includes positions at Campton Place, Paula Leduc Catering, Wente Vineyards, The Carneros Inn, and his current role of Culinary Director for Groth Vineyards. Chef Jones works with the students in his class to create a seasonal menu, based on the incredible produce and artisan food products available in the Bay Area.

Bistro 10UN will give students from the school's two culinary-specific degree programs (Associate of Science in Culinary Arts and Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management) a place to showcase their culinary talents. The food is steeped in Americana while incorporating ingredients and techniques from around the world. Working in the restaurant, students will gain valuable experience that only working in a hands-on environment can provide. All gratuities are donated to The Art Institute of California - San Francisco Culinary Student Scholarship Fund, which provides financial assistance and educational dining out experiences for our students. We appreciate your generosity.

We are located in the 10 United Nations building at 1130 Market Street (corner of 7th and Market Streets) in the Civic Center district of San Francisco, just steps away from MUNI and BART. Bistro 10UN is housed within our International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California - San Francisco, on the 6th floor.
